"The terms HDMl, HDMI High-Definition Multimedia lnterface, HDMl trade dress and the HDMl Logos aretrademarks or registered trademarks of HDMl Licensing Administrator, Inc.
This sentence may be translated into local languages upon approval by HDMl Licensing Administrator, Inc.

When any of the Adopted Trademarks are used in product listings or advertisements on third-partymarketplace websites (e.g,, Amazon, eBay, NewEgg, Rakuten, Alibaba), the above notice should be included inthe product description in the product page or advertisement

The " symbol shall be used in all countries where the trademark has been registered, as listed in Exhibit 2 ofthe ATLUGs. In all other countries, the "" symbol shall be used. lf your product will be distributed in multiplecountries, including some where the trademark is registered and others where it is not, the " symbol shall beused. At least one instance of "HDM" in any text document or Web page shall include a registered trademark) notation or shall use the HDMl logo with the registered trademark when used in countries where thetrademark is registered see Exhibit 2
